location is good but other things let it down
good locationsmall roombroken air conditioning
location was very good, it was very convinient for everything.
the room i stayed in was so small. the air conditioning in the room wasnt working, and it took them two days to fix it. it was really uncomfortable, and it was 30 degrees outside, so i felt very hot.

The breakfast was delicious. the staff were super lovely and accommodating. the location was great. It was near the main shopping strip.
The air conditioning did not work! it took two days to fix it and it was very uncomfortable. the room was small. the bed was not comfortable. It was very hard.

the front desk employees was very helpful, they provided many important recommendations. breakfast was very good and varied. i appreciated the comfortable, clean room. the location meaned i could walk to all points of interest.
the rooftop bar wasn't always open when i wanted it too.

The room lacked acoustic insulation, so I could hear noises from outside.

the room was clean the breakfast was included the staff was friendly i found a supermarket next to the hotel it was convenient. the train station was nearby this location made travel easy.
the rooftop bar did not have umbrellas i felt the need for shade was not addressed. the shower needed declogging the hair trap was full i had to take care of it myself
